Both Raw and Whole milk are ‘whole milk’. The difference is that Raw milk is not run through a pasteurisation process, it is simply chilled. Our raw milk is not homogenised, it is straight from the cow, filtered twice and bottled on-site. No cream is taken from the raw milk but it arrives with you just as it comes from the cow.
We do sell pigs blood by request, please contact us as this can take up to 10 days to arrange the return of blood on an abattoir day
