The organic rump lends itself to the slower cook recipes when compared to the loin steaks but remains juicy and tender, even if overcooked. These pork steaks are perfect for slow cooking alongside fresh chopped apples, onions and bacon. A simple yet heavenly paleo meal to enjoy any day of the week.
